More Capacity, Same Price: Every Plan Just Got Bigger

We've just tripled how much every WelcomeDesk plan includes — more locations, more kiosks, more staff accounts — and the price hasn't moved. Here's why, and what it means for your account.

More room on every plan

As of today, the capacity included on both plans has grown:

• Starter now covers 3 locations, 6 kiosks and 60 staff accounts.
• Business now covers 15 locations, 36 kiosks and 135 staff accounts.
• The Capacity pack add-on grew too — each pack now adds 5 locations, 10 kiosks and 165 staff, and still stacks as many times as you need.

If you already have a WelcomeDesk account, the new limits applied automatically. There's nothing to upgrade and nothing extra to pay — your plan simply has more headroom than it did yesterday.

Why we can do this

The short answer is economies of scale. As more workplaces run their front desk on WelcomeDesk, the cost of serving each one comes down — better infrastructure rates, more efficient operations, and a platform that gets steadily more optimised the more we invest in it.

We could just keep that margin. We'd rather hand it back. WelcomeDesk is built around one honest idea — one price for every office, with no per-location bill — and lifting the included capacity is how we keep that promise getting better over time.

Capacity that keeps up with you

This isn't a one-off. We'll keep raising the capacity on every plan as we reach new scale milestones. Growing from two offices to a dozen shouldn't trigger a pricing renegotiation or a call with sales — your plan should just have room for it.

One bill, every office, and a little more included each time we grow. That's the plan.

Nothing for you to do

The new limits are already live on your account. Open Settings → Billing any time to see your locations, kiosks and staff against the higher ceilings — and keep an eye on the blog, because we fully intend to do this again.
